We want to bring VAIVA closer. From our technologies to our work environment, we present the most important topics with VAIVA from A to Z.

G for GenAI

Anyone can talk about GenAI. But you also have to do it. That’s why we are working intensively on the use of AI, both in our projects and as part of our digitalization offensive to make work processes easier.

Machine learning, for example, is used in numerous engineering projects to make them even more advanced and bring them up to the highest level of innovative solutions. AI in our projects is particularly relevant for VAIVA, for example, if you have a set of (well-defined) requirements for a software function, an AI-based chatbot can be built to generate skeleton code or test cases for the function, so that you do not need to start from a blank screen. Or if you have access to (high quality) crash data, an AI-based model can be built to estimate the crash severity, or even to predict whether a crash will occur or not.

We also use GenAI in our work processes. For example, we have developed our VAIVA chatbot AVA, which is initially available for all questions relating to HR-related topics. However, extensions to other areas have long been in the works.

At the same time, we are ensuring that basic knowledge about AI is communicated in all areas of the company in order to identify further projects and use cases.

At VAIVA, we are driving GenAI in very different ways. We use innovative technologies to create highly efficient state-of-the-art solutions and promote lifelong learning.

And G for Growth

Personal and professional development is a central part of working life. At VAIVA, it is particularly important to us to support our employees individually on their path. That is why we have established our career paths in addition to many training and development opportunities.

Together with the supervisor, everyone can discuss their own ideas and work towards their goal in a structured way. The feedback and development meetings support this, as does the definition of individual development plans.
